The Intention Tracker

Learn how to map your momentum with a dynamic and flexible Notion system

If your best-laid annual plans have already gone by the wayside, then you’re not alone: it’s time to reset but this time with Notion

Your intentions back in January weren’t naive or ill-fated but if you’ve fallen off the wagon, it’s not because you lacked conviction

  • You’ve used pen & paper → journaling, vision boards and mapping with post-its are really effective for looking to the horizon and dreaming big (this is an important step) but they can’t accommodate the details of how to get there

  • You’ve tried digital tools, may even Notion → but the way you set it up was either too rigid or not rigid enough and you’re not sure how to create a system that is flexible enough to meet you where you are

Every time you tried to pick up where you left off, you questioned the wisdom of your former self and decided you could probably wing it for now and promise yourself to do something differently for 2027.

Cyclical Roots

Honestly, Podge's energy alone made my shoulders drop about my Notion mess. The template and guidance were also pivotal, AND the space she created was such a joy to be in (even while watching the replay lol!).

Imagine having a system that gently supports your best intentions without worrying if it can really get you through the next 6 months

  • You have databases that connect the outcomes you seek with the detailed steps that will get you there: a system that accounts for the ebbs and flows of your energy and the seasons

  • It’s all built into a beautiful dashboard that draws you in and makes you feel at home with the architecture of your present and future

  • It’s not about making massive overtures or setting expectations you can’t meet, it’s about knowing yourself and mapping out a simple yet impactful path that feels aligned

  • There will be days where you fall behind (which is ok) and days when you have the energy to move your projects forward in a way that feels exciting

And before you know it, it’s the end of the year and you’ve landed in a place that makes you feel proud of yourself and the effort you put into meeting this moment

Are you ready to harness your momentum? Here’s what happens next:

You don’t have to figure this out alone. The Intention Tracker gives you everything you need to build a system for planning and tracking your goals.

Here’s what happens when you join:

Step 1 → You’ll get an email with all the details of the workshop including the Zoom link. I also send out reminders as we get closer to the workshop so our time together stays top of mind.

Step 2 → During the workshop, I will live-build the system while you build with or follow along - this is also where I will answer all of your questions (my workshops are usually quite lively with discussion) so you know exactly what to do.

Step 3 → After the workshop, you’ll have lifetime access to the recording plus a worksheet with written instructions on how to recreate the workflow.

Here’s exactly what you get with The Intention Tracker:

Everything you need to build a flexible system for your goals without worrying if it’s too rigid or not rigid enough

LIVE CLASS → build with me or follow along and ask questions so you can deepen your understanding of how Notion works for a system like this. This is great for interactive learners.

THE RECORDING → lifetime access to the recording means you can go back and revisit every step of the build. Perfect for visual and tactile learners.

THE WORKSHEET → I create a set of written instructions for every workshop I do that accompanies the recording of the build. A must-have for multi-dimensional learners.

THE CONVERSATION → there is a comments section for the workshop so anytime you get stuck, need clarification or just want to troubleshoot something, leave a comment in the community space and I’ll respond within 48 business hours.

Hi, I'm Podge

I created The Intention Tracker because I know that all kinds of things can happen in the first half of the year - a pivot, losing momentum and life changes - but that doesn’t have to lead to a total drop off or fumbling around for 6 months, greeting the end of the year with a whimper instead of a bang.

And to be honest, one of my biggest challenges as an entrepreneur is navigating my energy from week to week and across seasons. I really need systems that are flexible enough to allow me to be away from them for a period of time and then let me come back in when I’m ready.

The Intention Tracker really works for every time of creative entrepreneur.

Why this workshop won’t let you down

The real risk isn’t in spending $$ on this workshop, it’s in leaving an opportunity to set yourself up for the next couple of quarters on the table.

  • Even if you just come to the live workshop to follow along and ask questions - you’ll still have a much deeper understanding of how to create something like this in Notion.

  • Even if you just watch the replay and build at your own pace, you’ll still get to hear all the questions that other people asked and I bet some of those answers are helpful.

  • Even if you only use the worksheet, you’ll still learn how to structure a flexible system for planning and tracking your goals for 2026 and beyond

Frequently asked questions

You've got questions. We've got answers.

I’m new to Notion, is this workshop for me?

It absolutely is! In fact, this workshop was designed with you in mind. For many of us, we learn by doing and so I live-build this system from scratch and provide commentary along the way so you can see all of the different functions in Notion within the context of the topic. No more theory or abstract learning - you’ll learn the basics and the more advanced functions through contextual learning.

I’m a more advanced Notion user, is this going to be too slow for me?

Honestly, probably not. I go through the build at a good clip so if you’re a seasoned Notion user, this will be a fun challenge for you. There’s also a good chance I’ll demonstrate something you didn’t know Notion can do!

What if I can’t make the live call?

You don’t have to come to the live call. You’ll have lifetime access to the recording and you can always ask me questions in the comments section on the class portal.

I’ve tried Notion classes before and they’re usually too hard to follow, will this be different?

I totally hear you on this. Even as a Notion super-user, I still seek out new things to learn and I often come across teachers who make things too complex. My solution is to use Notion’s terms but translate everything into plain language that anyone can understand. I also explain things in multiple ways, I repeat parts of the demonstration until everyone is clear on what I did. Students always ask me to say something again or to show them what I did again and I always oblige - I promise to do everything I can to make your learning experience make sense.

What if I can’t keep up during the live call?

I tend to move through the build fairly quickly. This can be overwhelming for some Notion users, especially those who are newer or less familiar with all of the features. You don’t actually have to keep up though - your work is in paying attention, understanding what I’m building and why. That’s why I encourage lots of questions and discussion because I don’t want to gate keep the knowledge. Once the live workshop is over, you can use the worksheet and the recording to go back and build at your own pace.

Have you been eyeing my workshops, wondering if they’re a good fit for you?

There are tons of planning tutorials and templates out there and you’ve tried your fair share but learning in isolation only got you so far

You want to hit the reset button on your goal setting but trying to figure out a structure for it feels like one more thing on your plate you don’t need right now

So I want to officially and cordially invite you to join The Intention Tracker - a FREE workshop for creative entrepreneurs like you to gather and learn.
